Tiger Tech – Return & Refund Policy

We have a 2 to 3 days return policy, which means you have 2 to 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase and an unboxing video as verification.

If your return is accepted, we’ll share instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so Tiger Tech can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Personal Care products (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please reach out to Tiger Tech before sending it back.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges only for orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD).
To exchange an item, start by returning the product. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, Tiger Tech will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • COD orders: 3–5 working days

  • Other methods: up to 10 business days

⚠️ Rs. 200 will be deducted as a fixed return shipping fee.

Additional Notes

  • Returns are only accepted for orders delivered within Pakistan

  • Shipping is free for orders above Rs. 600

  • All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Layyah, Punjab (Pakistan)
